Beta service

Ageli is provided as a beta service. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Please report feedback promptly.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and use the service only for lawful pet-care operations. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or interfere with the platform.

Pet care information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pet, health, vaccination, allergy, access, and emergency details. In an emergency, Pawsitive Walkers may take reasonable action to protect a pet’s welfare.

Billing

Invoices, payment terms, cancellations, and service prices are governed by the applicable service agreement and the invoice presented to the client.
