Ageli processes account and contact details, pet-care records, schedules, visit reports, location data collected during check-in and check-out, uploaded photos, invoices, payments, and support messages.

We use information to provide pet-care services, schedule and document visits, communicate with clients and walkers, process billing, protect the platform, and improve the beta service.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with authorized Pawsitive Walkers personnel, assigned walkers, service providers needed to operate Ageli, and authorities where required by law. We retain records only as needed for operations, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
